Handrails and Grating
Composite grating is used in many different industries, including walkways in industrial plants, flooring on ships to decorative grids on commercial, and residential buildings, where there are safety concerns due to liquids or oils on the floor and more corrosive environments. In 2014, ACMA’s Fiberglass Grating Manufacturers Council issued a new FRP Composite grating manual standard that allows engineers to design and use composite grating with confidence.
